Flowco, Inc. (Formerly Flogistix)

Description

I lead Flowco’s in-house creative department, driving the overall creative direction, brand development, and marketing strategy across the organization. Working alongside a talented and multidisciplinary team, I oversee everything from campaign ideation and design to animation, video production, content strategy, OKRs/KPIs, analytics, SEO, website development, and social media. I’ve built comprehensive brand guidelines and led the revitalization of our digital presence to ensure cohesive, compelling messaging across every platform.

I spearheaded the redesign of the Flogistix website and led the full build of the Flowco website—both of which involved restructuring SEO, optimizing content, and improving lead generation. I’ve developed targeted campaigns that drive measurable engagement and growth across our digital channels. To strengthen internal collaboration, I launched monthly Creative Workshops that bring together departments to align on marketing initiatives, and I created a quarterly Creative and Marketing Report to track and share performance metrics transparently across teams.

Two moments I’m especially proud of:
Flowco NYSE IPO Launch – my team and I were tasked with developing 20+ creative assets for the IPO in less than three days—including 100+ images, videos, and animations. Seeing our work displayed at the NYSE and in Times Square was surreal. I also joined the executive team in New York to capture and edit footage from the event to further market the milestone.
Vapor Recovery Showdown Campaign – I wrote and directed our first commercial under the Flowco brand, launching a full campaign with an immersive Western-themed landing page. We developed a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand awareness and lead generation, and the campaign has already shown strong results.

Overall, my role bridges strategic planning with hands-on creative execution—aligning creative, brand, and marketing efforts to fuel growth, build community, and bring big ideas to life.

Moon Era Films

Description

While I’m involved in everything from screenwriting, producing, and directing to acting, scoring, and managing production, my proudest achievement at Moon Era Films has been building an insanely talented team of individuals who are passionate about telling impactful stories.

I’ve written and directed three short films so far. Though most are still in post or pre-release stages, our first publicly submitted short film has already been selected for multiple festivals—most notably:
1. deadCenter Film Festival (Oklahoma City, OK) — an Academy Award® Qualifying festival
2. Cannes Indie Shorts Awards (Cannes, France) — where we were named a semifinalist in the New Shorts category

We have ambitious goals for what’s ahead. Our latest project, Dream House—which I wrote and directed in November 2024—follows a young woman navigating the trauma of abuse and foster care as she seeks healing and belonging. I’m deeply hopeful this film has the power to move audiences and create meaningful conversation around childhood trauma and hope.

Description

I served as Product Manager and UI/UX Designer for Flogistix’s flagship product, Flux—a SCADA system that collects real-time data from field units to serve as both a diagnostic tool and emissions monitoring platform. Flux was built to help customers boost upstream and midstream efficiency while capturing and reducing carbon output.

I led product design and collaborated with Flowco’s software engineering teams on development cycles, while also communicating directly with stakeholders and end users. I initiated our transition from Adobe XD to Figma, which laid the foundation for a more robust design system and improved our design-to-development pipeline.

Beyond the product, I had the opportunity to contribute creatively at the executive level—creating video content, shaping new brand and product design standards, and launching internal creative initiatives. That experience revealed the gap in creative and marketing support, which ultimately inspired my transition from Product into a full-time Creative/Marketing leadership role.

Zero Gravity Labs

Description

I oversaw all departments—development, design, marketing, and storytelling—while establishing business partnerships and driving Web3 strategy. I led the implementation of Web3 initiatives, built and maintained a thriving Discord community, and directed the design and development of our Web3 presence. I executed marketing strategies, managed launch timelines, and led creative teams across content, writing, branding, and operations. In under four months, we grew our Discord community to over 20,000 members, outlined 100 unique characters and backstories, and began writing a novel series to expand the world and strengthen the brand.

Although what we were building made complete sense within the use-case of Web3, the broader ecosystem suffered from constant rug-pulls and a lack of professional infrastructure. When the market crashed in 2022, ZGL ultimately had to take a step back as we ran out of runway.

The Voca App

Description

I established the product vision for Voca, created pitch decks and business plans, and helped raise $500K in angel investment. From there, I built and led our onshore teams across software development, UI/UX design, and marketing. I managed the full product roadmap and oversaw strategic marketing, product design, QA, project management, engineering timelines, business development, shareholder agreements, and brand partnerships.

On the design side, I worked closely with two other UI/UX designers to shape the platform’s user experience—establishing our Figma framework, design process, and system from the ground up.

One of the biggest learning lessons came from not executing a focused MVP. Although our initial goal was to ship in six months, we launched to the App Store at ten months—leaving limited resources for our go-to-market strategy. When the GTM didn’t land as planned, we lacked the runway to pivot or campaign effectively, which ultimately led to the project winding down. That experience gave me a clear understanding of how critical prioritization, timeline discipline, and marketing alignment are in early-stage product development.

Description

At Saxum, I oversaw and contributed to website development for a range of web clients—executing quality assurance, assisting in copywriting, and managing deliverables across creative, marketing, and engineering teams. I worked closely with Saxum’s Senior Technical Director to help foster team culture, improve internal workflows, and manage expectations around project timelines and scope.

I built websites across a variety of CMS platforms including WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and SpaceCraft. Saxum was also where I first began working in Webflow—an experience that sparked a passion for web design and helped shape my digital capabilities. Since then, I’ve continued to leverage and grow those skills across my own business ventures and in support of the brands I’ve collaborated with.

This role marked my first deep dive into the world of product.
