Overview / Challenge

As Flogistix transitioned into Flowco and scaled toward an IPO, internal communication and education systems were fragmented. Onboarding lacked visual consistency, product knowledge varied by team, and employees had limited tools to connect across departments.

We needed to:

  • Centralize internal communications and training
  • Modernize the onboarding experience
  • Build a scalable internal brand for education
  • Strengthen alignment and collaboration across office, field, and leadership teams

Process

The Well – Intranet Rollout

  • Collaborated with IT and HR to support the launch of The Well, Flowco’s internal intranet
  • Produced onboarding videos, explainer content, and promotional visuals to boost adoption and employee trust
  • Focused on messaging that emphasized clarity, camaraderie, and accessibility

Internal Newsletter & Communication Systems

  • Designed and launched the branded Flowco Newsletter to highlight company updates and celebrate team wins
  • Built a flexible internal comms framework rooted in storytelling and cultural cohesion

Creative Workshops & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Facilitated workshops with department heads across PR, Marketing, HR, Tech, and Executive teams
  • Prioritized goal alignment, brainstorming, and knowledge-sharing between departments

Social Media Calendar Leadership

  • Established a unified monthly social media calendar across PR, HR, Marketing, and Creative
  • Host two monthly meetings:
    • Creative/Marketing sync focused on campaign goals, content planning, and channel strategy
    • PR/HR sync focused on alignment, feedback, and spotlighting internal culture

Podcast & Multimedia Learning

  • Launched and produced Fueling Conversation, Flowco’s internal podcast focused on product education and company storytelling
  • Episodes now used in onboarding, internal training, and cross-functional awareness

Presentation & Training Tools

  • Created a universal Figma Slides template used company-wide for presentations, onboarding, and external pitches
  • Designed 50+ custom decks for executive leadership, GTM strategies, onboarding, and internal campaigns

Creative Team Development: Deckathon

  • Organized a creative Deckathon for the internal team to practice presenting, explore company topics, and adopt Figma Slides
  • Led judging and scoring criteria with a cross-functional panel to promote learning and creativity

Flowco Academy (In Progress)

  • Currently developing the visual identity and framework for Flowco Academy—Flowco’s future internal education platform
  • Early work includes modular onboarding decks, podcast integrations, and explainer content with plans for expanded curriculum
